  • Dr Rene Siegl, ABA-Invest in Austria

“I am pleased to confirm that ECCO International was the retained PR network for ABA- Invest in Austria from January 2005 to December 2006, and from January 2008 to December 2008.  ABA-Invest advises and informs international investors and corporations on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Labour on questions relating to Austria as a business location.  The company has 25 staff in Vienna and provides support services in the US and Japan via its offices in New York and Tokyo.

In 2005 and 2008, ABA-Invest was asked to carry out a special campaign for the Ministry of Economy and Labour focused on Austria as a location for research and development. ABA-Invest was introduced to ECCO by Communication Matters (Austria) and used the network extensively for PR work in support of its campaign in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.  Activities included proactive media relations, event management and the production of printed collateral. As a result of the campaigns, there were more than 150 articles in major business and daily newspapers.

I can confirm that the cooperation between the ECCO agencies and the cooperation between ABA-Invest and the ECCO network worked to our complete satisfaction and achieved excellent results.”

  • Jonathan M Dutton, Group Marketing Director, Regus

“Kinross + Render was the retained PR firm for Regus between November 1998 and January 2001.  During that time, K+R played a key role in the development of the Regus brand by turning the drab subject of serviced offices into a fascinating story of growth.  Along the way they proved again the massive value-for-money that can be achieved by focussed media relations PR work compared to normal off-the-page advertising.

The K+R team worked hard, were always engaged, intelligent and fun to work with.  They got results too. In addition, K+R introduced Regus to the ECCO PR network, which we used extensively across Europe.  The ECCO network worked well as a team and delivered some excellent media relations work in key markets for Regus.

More than anything, K+R say it as it is, and defy the cliché of unintelligent PRs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

  • Karen Hall, Corporate Communications Director EMEAI, InterfaceFLOR

“InterfaceFLOR has been working with the ECCO PR network for over 3 years and currently uses ECCO agencies in eight countries. Together we have achieved outstanding results, increasing our volume of media coverage by as much as 400% since the start of our relationship in 2006. More importantly, we have extended our reach from 35 million readers to 269 million readers – a remarkable achievement which has been commended by our EMEAI President and CEO.

On a personal note I thoroughly enjoy working with the group and feel that we work well as a team; our annual PR Summit is a great example of this and always results in excellent creative ideas that can be adapted across the EMEAI region.”

  • Kevin Perlmutter, Head of Public Relations, Xerox Europe

“With K+R we refined the ‘hub and spoke’ model and the processes for running a multi-agency network efficiently across Europe.  The company’s contribution not only enabled Xerox to measure the effectiveness of our European agencies but also to impact positively on that effectiveness with strategic advice, development of tactics and events support that could be rolled out on an pan-European basis.”

  • Nora Duhig, FIRST Secretariat

“The conference was great and Kristine [SSPR] did  a wonderful job onsite.  FIRST was VERY pleased with the amount of coverage and traction that you secured with only two weeks prior notice and they are very much looking forward to getting a much earlier start on Vienna.”
