Country reports

On May the 4th 2010 we launched our social media country report. We have compiled an extensive overview of the social media market and trends in 22 countries including the major European economies, the USA, India, Mexico and South America. ECCO’s country social media reports are the first global insight to be made available for free and represent a ‘must read’ for international communications professionals or multinational companies with an interest in addressing social media. The reports, all in English, are free and available on ECCO's social media site.

General report

In 2009 we conducted a social media report in order to help PR professionals to get started with social media. This report is also available from ECCO's social media site.
