International German PR Award for communication matters/ECCO Austria and OMV

“explore diversity – produce identity” won the International German PR Award in the category “Internal Communications/Staff Communications”. The campaign for employee dialog from 20 countries impressed the jury in terms of credibility and diversity of activities.

Vienna, 8th October 2009 
 
“OMV Exploration & Production GmbH (OMV E&P)” and the PR agency “communication matters” have received high international acclaim for their campaign “explore diversity – produce identity”. The campaign has won the International German PR Award in the category “Internal Communications/Staff Communications”, in addition to the award for Internal Communications at the Austrian State Prize and being included on the short list at the European Excellence Award. Thus, the campaign is one of two Austrian winners in this respected award ceremony in which the top PR agencies from Austria, Germany and Switzerland take part every year.
 
The award was received by the Executive Manager of communication matters/ECCO Austria, Christian Kollmann, the Senior Vice President of OMV E&P International, Wolfgang Remp, and OMV E&P’s Communication Manager Elena Menasse and her team (Angela Schorner and Sabrine Aissi) at a gala held by the German PR Association in Wiesbaden on 2nd October. 2009.
